Life Coaching

    Life Coaching for Real Life

For the person behind the job title, the to-do list and everyone else's expectations. Coaching gives you space to think, decide and move.

What people come to coaching with

There is no "right" reason to start. People often come with something like this:

    • Feeling stuck
    • Major life changes
    • Career transitions
    • Confidence
    • Boundaries
    • Relationships
    • Finding direction
    • Reconnecting with yourself
    • Making difficult decisions
    • Wanting change without knowing exactly what needs to change

    What coaching is

Coaching is a structured, forward-looking conversation about where you are, where you want to go and what's in the way. I ask questions, reflect back what I hear, challenge you when it's useful and help you turn insight into action. My approach draws on evidence-based methods (KBT & ACT).

    What coaching is not

Coaching is not therapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. It's also not advice-giving — you remain the expert on your own life. If something would be better supported by a therapist or healthcare professional, I'll tell you.

    How sessions work

We start with a free 30-minute intro call to see if we click. If we do, you choose a package of 3, 5, 10 or 15 sessions, and whether you prefer to meet online or in person. Between sessions you try things in real life — and we build on what you learn.

    Who it may suit

Anyone who wants something to change and is willing to reflect honestly and take action — whether you're facing a big decision or just sense that it's time for something different.
