    My story

I started my career in technology as an engineer. Over time I became more and more interested in the people side of the work — how teams communicate, how trust is built, and why some groups thrive while others struggle with the same tools and processes.

That curiosity led me into Engineering Management and Agile Coaching, where I worked with leaders and teams through organizational change. Coaching became the natural next step: a way to work with people one-to-one on what really moves them forward — at work and in life. That is why I founded Imrama.

    My experience

I have more than a decade of experience in technology organizations, as an engineer, an Engineering Manager and an Agile Coach. I've led teams, supported other leaders, and helped organizations adopt agile ways of working — which means I've lived many of the challenges my clients bring: stepping into leadership, balancing delivery with people, difficult conversations and leading through change.

My coaching is grounded in evidence-based methods, including KBT and ACT. You can find my professional background on LinkedIn.

    How I coach

I combine curiosity, empathy, intuition and vulnerability with practical leadership experience. Expect honest feedback, useful tools, room to think — and a fair amount of laughter.

I don't hand you a template. We start from your situation and what you want to change, and we work on real decisions and real conversations. Sessions happen online or in person.

    Listen: the Imrama podcast

I've recorded a short podcast series with four episodes on leadership, growth and being human at work. It's a good way to get a feel for how I think before we talk.

    What does Imrama mean?

Imrama means journey. But not the kind where you already know the destination.

The name Imrama is inspired by the ancient Irish immrama — stories of voyages into the unknown. Travellers would leave familiar shores behind and set out without knowing exactly what they would encounter or where the journey would take them.

That idea sits at the heart of Imrama. Because meaningful change often begins in the same way.

We don't always have a map. We don't always know the answer. Sometimes we simply know that where we are today is no longer where we want to stay.

Whether the journey is personal or one of leadership, Imrama is about having the curiosity to explore, the courage to step into uncertainty, and the awareness to discover what emerges along the way.

It is not about someone else giving you the map. It is about learning to navigate your own.

    Your journey. Your way.

That view is described in Imrama Leadership, built on five pillars: empathy, intuition, vulnerability, curiosity and adventure.
