Who we are
Imrama Consulting ("we", "us") is run by Eleni and provides life, leadership and agile coaching services. You can reach us at eleni@imrama.se or 0763-04 44 44.
What information we collect
This website does not use forms, cookies for tracking, or analytics. We only receive personal data when you contact us directly — for example by sending an email or calling. In that case the information you share (such as your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message) is collected so we can reply to you.
How we use your information
We use the information you share with us only to respond to your enquiry, to discuss potential coaching engagements, and — if we work together — to deliver the coaching services you have asked for. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Confidentiality
Anything you share during coaching sessions is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties, except where required by law.
How long we keep your data
We keep correspondence and client records only for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet our legal obligations (for example, Swedish bookkeeping requirements). After that, your data is deleted.
Your rights (GDPR)
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email eleni@imrama.se. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
