    What Imrama means

    A journey without a predetermined destination.

    The name Imrama is inspired by the ancient Irish immrama — stories of voyages into the unknown.

    Travellers left familiar shores behind without knowing exactly what they would encounter or where the journey would take them.

    That idea sits at the heart of Imrama.

    Meaningful change often begins the same way. We don't always have a map. We don't always have the answer. Sometimes we simply know that where we are today is no longer where we want to stay.

    Imrama is not about someone else giving you the map. It is about learning to navigate your own.

    Meet Eleni Kiriakou

    Coach. Engineering Leader. Agile Coach. Human.

    Eleni brings together two worlds that are often kept separate: the inner work of personal growth and the real-world complexity of leading people, teams and change.

    Her background spans Engineering Management, Agile Coaching and organizational transformation in technology environments.

    Today, she brings that experience into coaching — creating space for people to think more deeply, question what no longer works and find their own way forward.

    Coaching is forward-looking and focused on goals, choices and action. It is not therapy and does not treat mental health conditions. If something would be better supported by a therapist or healthcare professional, Eleni will say so.
